Come to the Scandinavia Public Library one hour before Trick-or-Treat time on Sunday, October 25th for our annual pre-Trick-or-Treat Party! From 1-2 p.m. you can enjoy some scary stories, tricky games and tasty treats! So grab your costumes, and be there or be scared!
