Companion Planting

Companion planting is a system of gardening in which two or more plant varieties are grown together with the intention that one plant will specifically aid in the growth of another plant. Used largely with vegetables, companion planting is said to increase plant yields, decrease pest and disease problems, and is ecologically friendly (organic).

The following is a sampling of gardening books with information on companion planting available through InfoSoup.
