Storytelling Family Style

Tuesday, April 21, 2009 - 6:30pm - 7:30pm

The Scandinavia Public Library is hosting the program Storytelling Family Style, sponsored by the non-profit nIc Foundation. Storytelling Family Style promotes the development of positive character traits and values as a means to stopping crime and violence in our rural communities. Pre-school & elementary school aged children and their families are invited to attend. This program is free and open to the public.

Explorer boy line artChildren age 2-4 and their caregivers are invited to this program that incorporates age-appropriate stories, songs, rhymes and activities in a kid-friendly environment. Toddle Tales are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and are about 30 minutes in length wit ha free play period afterwards. Younger and older children are welcome as well and may participate is they are able to.
